I love that install under the seat. As far as the plumbing side goes, how do you control the flow of coolant to the heater? Were the coolant lands run under the cab floor? Do you get adequate heat from the cold blooded 230 motor? It seems to take my truck forever to get up to temp in the winter

I installed simple ball valves at the block for flow control, on and off. The hoses run back, then under the cab and up through the floor to the heater. I'm running a 318, so I can't say about the heat output of the 230.

I used one of the old toggle switches that was already in the dash and didn't bother labeling anything.
I am the only one that drives it anyway

I put mine in the hole for the aux power outlet since my truck wasn't equipped with it. (Just a block off plate.)

W_A_ , sure would like to see more pics of your install, I did some measuring under my seat, and I don't see how you can get a 16" unit in there.
