i have used a 28000 one in my willys and could drive around in zero degrees with the window all the way open
these items are a bit pricey at $400
but i only need to buy it once
4 year warranty

Looks like the same 40K unit I have, I just went without the hose vent package and mounted mine under the drivers seat. A great unit.

thats a real nice install
i am going to try and find a tidy way to plumb it into the vents that go to the rear of my ambulance
no hurry
as long as i got heat i will be able to enjoy my new rig

i still have the original heater
but i have never seen one preform nearly good enough to bother with
sure i could gut it and upgrade everything
but i dont want to

Thanks, I went under the drivers seat as space under the dash is minimal, the space under the drivers seat was almost useless with the high back bucket seats, and under the seat it blows out into the drivers floor board keeping me warm, to heck with the passenger :lol: .

my bride is the reason i got those tube thingys
that way she can point em at whatever gets cold

i have some of those super powerful little magnets that i took out of some old hard drives
i will attach them to those heat tubes
that way you can stick the tube anywhere ya want and they will stay
i am already thinking pointing one at the windshield

ive always said
you can have to neatest car on earth
but if you are freezing in it
id rather be in a yugo with a heater
