Hi, You might try a ratio adapter from these people. http://www.transmissioncenter.net
I put an electronic speedometer on my M-37. Didn't have a drive cable and the speedometer didn't work.

Speaking of hard tops, I have mine all apart and have been killing rust and knocking out the dents. Does anyone have a source for the weatherseals on the rear sliding window? I've checked the usual suspects and nobody has anything for a hard top. My weatherseals are totally shot and that is the sour...

Are the rear axles more pron to breaking than the front axles? On my truck both front sides show the results of breakage. Lots of scar tissue inside the knuckles. Spent some time making that look nicer, probably not necessary thou.

It really amazed me how much effort was expended into pumping all the grease in. Would have been a whole lot easier to put in the correct lube in the first place (and probably faster too). I must have hand dipped for an hour before I had enuff out be I put them in the parts washer. It will be right ...

Thanks for the dimensions. This will allow me to check what I have and adjust as needed. Have all the other brackets. I found this winch full of some kind of hard grease on one side and some "Red & Tacky" on the other side. All the worm bearings and cups were shot as were all the seals...
