Brake shoe

Hi All, yesterday I toke the rear weels and drum off, I've notice that the right brake shoe(2) were smaler than the left one. Is this normal , are the front one the same lenght.

any suggestion to where I could find the front end bumper dimention (the full lent - not the winch one)
mind is missing his, this is the last thing left to do and then, = provincial inspection.

Well well well, went you right (should be located @ 12 O'clock under the distributor cap some times you will find two 12v condensers crammed in there.) I didn't understood underneath the cover it self, so that wy I couldn't find anything the thing it self--INSIDE was were to look, that's all the def...

because I don't know to much about mechanic, my friend is a mechanic and will be here Monday .
for now all I can say is that the motor start and run good :roll:

24 volt conderser

Hi all,

The other I was in search mode on Midwest Jeep Willys parts site and I found out that there was a 24 volt condenser for sale, so I went back to the shop and look for that condenser on my m37, I didn't find one,,Question; do I need one for M37 1953, Canadian version? :?:

Well , I must have an angel watching for me,.. this morning I went to a scrap yard and ask if they would have and old army truck in they, and guest what,,,,,,, yes they have and yes the starter was still there, so I got if for 150.00can.
This here is in province of Quebec, Canada. thanks !!

Hi, I'm new to this site,, and I just bought this 1953 M37, it's in not to bad shape to. My starter let go last week and there is nobody around here who do this kind of repair, the guy at the shop told me that it was burn off. friend of mind came over with this 12v starter that fits right in place. ...
