Fender height adjustments
For some reason my driverside fender will not mate up to the rubber seal piece correctly. Its about a 1/2 gap in the front as supposed to the other side which is 1/4. Also the grill is raised a half inch on the driverside as well! I parked it level and put a 4ft level on the bumper as well as the frame. Good there. Grill and radiator are raise on the driverside. Loosened everything and cannot get it to go down.
Anybody been here?

Not Yet.........
I have had my drivers side front fender off for more than a year......I can't imagine what would be holding it out of whack?
I do recall that the gaskets are not exactly what I would call a good/great seal, at least that's the way the passenger side behaved.

Been there - had the same. The radiator sits on the front 2 bolts at the front cross rail. We bought a truck mud flap from NAPA for $10 versus a conveyor belt. We used 2 pieces with holes that allowed about a 3/8" gap. The back of the support connects with the 2 "Z" brackets which can tend to bend a bit. We ended up using a pry bar to adjust the radiator support to be square in the opening. The front fender brackets bolt directly to the radiator support. The bracket has no adjustment that we found because the top bolt is a net hole and the lower one fits in a slot.
We actually had a problem at the rear and had to shim the body mounts to adjust the side panel close-outs.
