Front Turn Signals
Has anyone used something like these as front turn signals?

Id like to replace the front blackout lights with these, but they look like they may be a little to big to physically fit up there. Does anyone else have any experience with them?
What else have you used?
David

Re: Front Turn Signals
I've seen one or two M37s with those lights, but didn't pay attention to how they were mounted.
I use the standard front markers with amber lenses:

Re: Front Turn Signals
I have the stock front lamps with clear lenses and amber bulbs. Very bright and easy to see.

Re: Front Turn Signals
Just my two cents, not a fan of the new larger front and rear lamps, led or not. that being said, I used amber on the front and full red Gamma Goat on the rear, they all flash as well as directional lamps and stop lamp too. I am going to try and post a pic of both.

Re: Front Turn Signals
Thanks everyone. I ended up ordering the larger, modern lights. I like the high visibility factor.

Re: Front Turn Signals
I'm in the process of wiring the turn signals with the signal stat 900. Everything seems straightforward, except for the power source. Looking at the wiring diagram, I think that I need to re-direct the service stop lamp wire (#22) into the grey/black brake wire on the signal stat. I also think I need to tap the stoplight switch feed wire (#75) as the power source for the signal stat via the flasher. Can anyone who has installed the signal stat confirm this?
Thanks,
David

Re: Front Turn Signals
I am soon to try to get my turnsignals to work, have an old Signal Stat 600 there now. I live just south of you in Rock Hill, maybe we can get together one of these days, and you can offer me some guidance on my signals. I have tried to PM you, not sure I am able to get it send to you.
