Bed draining

Bed draining
Was there, or is there a way to have the bed drain off rain water without it going into the storage box. Even parked in the driveway, which does pitch towards the street, the water still collects towards the front.

Aside from drilling holes in the front of the bed.....none that I know of.

You could buy a pair of M416 floor drains and install them at the front corners and connect hoses to route the water through the tool box. But I think I'd prefer the two holes at the bottom edge of the bed header panel. You can add a bulkhead 90 deg. nipple and hose to each hole to let the water exit below the tool box.

I Like the Prius Option
Lifer - I personally like the Prius option!!! The Donor truck I picked up had two holes drilled in the corners with copper drain tubes skipped in. I don't remember if they drained into the tool box or not - I'll go look later and try to post a picture of the copper fittings.
