Rear hub removal

Post by Gerry »

I am planning on removing my rear hubs to replace seals and inspect. What size socket do I need to remove the hub nut or do you need a special socket for this? Also is there anything special I should be looking for?
Thanks,
Gerry

Hub Socket...

You'll need a 2-9/16ths 8 point socket. The hub nuts are the same size on all 4 wheels.
