Staying with a 230, I had a good T-137 engine when I started the project, went through it and did a ring job and new seals and gaskets etc, Re-built all of the exterior accessories and painted it all up. That is ready to drop in when I get some axles under it.

Looks like you have the frame set up like a spit. Can you show a pic of how you did the front of the fram... I'm going to be blasting and painting my frame later this spring or early summer and any advice on making it eaiser to rotate would be very helpful.
It was actually quite simple and worked better than I had imagined. I cut a piece of 1/4" plate the size of the radiator mount casting. I welded a piece of pipe across the plate and sticking out past the frame horns. I ended up needing a cross brace at the ends of the frame, as it wanted to bend too much. The rear is a piece of 1/4 plate a bit smaller than the pintle mounting plate. Another piece of pipe butted to this and sticking out past the rear frame horns. Cap off the outer ends of the pipes, and weld a 1/2" nut to the back for the pivot bolts. I used a set of large jackstands to sit it on, but they can be anything, even a set of stout sawhorses. A piece of angle iron with a 1/2" hole for the pivot bolt welded onto the jackstand (or screwed onto the tp of the horses) completes the deal. I was able to rotate it to where ever I wanted and lock it by tightening the pivot bolts. This picture is the best one I have of the set-up.
