M37 V8 Conversion: Motor/Drivetrain mounts

Post by 96cummins12v »

Hello everyone,
My project for a V8 M37 now consists of a 318 and an NP445. How has everyone worked out the motor, transmission,, and transfer case mounts? Has anyone used the prefabricated ones sold by Vintage Power Wagon? If anybody has a template they used and would like to send it to me, I have the software to make machinist prints and would be more than happy to create a hard copy to permanently post on the forums. Being a machinist I also have access to everything needed to make precision parts. Having said that, what has everybody done for the mounts?

The mounts Vintage builds and sells are based partially on my own design which was a modification of the Helitool mounts with my own Hydraulic bellhousing mount design.. http://m37.wawii.com/
