Opportunity? What is this thing?

Post by ashyers »

First I'll apologize that this is not a purely M37 post, but you guys have been so helpful I thought I'd post this.

It seems that once you acquire an M37 other similar vehicles start to gravitate in your direction. My buddy who helped tow the M37 to the shop has a line on the beast pictured, apparently it was abandoned. Any ideas what it is? Is this something that may be worth looking into? I may go check it out this weekend. It kind of looks like an M37's big brother :). If I am not heard from again it means that Hilde caught wind of this latest idea...

Post that picture over on Steel Soldiers and they will probably tell you who owns it.

It's a M54.....a 5 ton multi-fuel tractor....the older version of the M818. As to the trailer, I don't know which one that is.

That looks way to nice to have been abandoned.
