Bed Mounts?

Hey Crew.
We finally removed the bed from our 1952 "M" and I'm wondering if the bed rubbers / mounts are still available? I need all new bolts but the rubbers or cushions could stand to be replaced as well.

One more question!!
I found the bed mounts that Midwest offers and they list the "set" as having 6 pads or cushions. What do you use between the bed and frame where the bolts pass through? Mine had some sort of flat fabric or cloth material.
