HEATER INSTALL

Post by 8543bob »

Good AM to all,
I did a hot water heater install this past week. Thanks to Tim Powell's pics, of his heater install it was a cake walk. I got the unit from J C WHITTNEY, $130, free shipping. Its a compact cube with a two speed fan (12V) I installed it under the glove box, I think there is plenty of leg room with the heater in this location. I wired it to one battery (12V), with an in/line fuse, into a three-way toggle switch. have not mounted the switch yet. Plenty of heat pours out on the low speed setting. 27 degrees today so I'll thake it for a beach ride today and hopefully enjoy the heat.
again thanks Tim, BOB

I have tried to get pics on this site, w/o any luck. Last time I tried I was told the pic was too big. I dont know what to do about that. I'll try again, we will see. I did not get to do my beach ride today, as other things got in my way; bummer.

Bob,
I will pm you with the process to add pics. A little confusing at first, but after a post or two, actually quite easy. Compliments of Brett.
