Short Video

Post by creinemann »

Over Christmas, Pam and I delivered my sons 1943 Jeep to him in Arkansas. We Loaded it up on the flatbed and drove the 13 hours down to Little Rock Air Force Base, Jake hadn't seen or driven his jeep for two years since entering the Air Force, so we kept it a surprise, you should have seen his face when we pulled into his neighborhood, ALL SMILES!!

Now he has his hobby back, and just when he thought the OD fever was cured...wham, back to the fold, repairing, tweaking, replacing, etc.

Here's a short clip of a drive we took right around New Years, http://youtu.be/sCZZnnSh2WA

One good thing about old trucks is the cool noises that come from their gearboxes. Nothing beats the whirrr of an old iron cased transfer box. :D
