Starter Manual

Post by topellis »

I don't have my manual CD with me, does anyone know if the starter breakdown/rebuild is in the manual? Mine works... just a little sluggish and seems do draw a good bit of juice, I am thinking the bearings may be in marginal shape. Would rather not send out to rebuild for a big bill if I can just disassemble, clean and replace what needs it.

Thanks for any info.

The ORD 9 gives you the parts list and illustration. The TM 9-1825B gives you the overhaul and test specs. The 8030 only gives you the switch adjustment and the pinion adjustment.
