Greetings all,
I'm used to the cargo cover roll up buckles having the spring buckle on it for the webbing straps on the bow corners. I've seen leather straps for the bow corners in the manual and wondered if they made a different buckle for the earlier covers. I know the WWII Dodges had the leather strap and (belt-like) buckle combo but I've never seen it on the M37s. The manuals don't show the cover buckles and I don't believe the ORD 9 addresses it either nor have I found any good photos of the detail online. Anyone have any photos?

Re: Early Canvas Cargo Cover
It's shown in Figure 18-3 in the SNL-G741 parts book and listed on page 357 but there isn't much of a picture or description. My 51 has the straps you describe although the 60 year old leather isn't too pliable anymore. I did get a NOS set some time ago. If I get a chance I'll try to take a pic-if I can remember where I put them
.
