4 CYL CUMMINGS

Post by 8543bob »

Good morning,
I was just off the GSA web site. They got a Harlan aircraft tug up for auction. Take a look under trucks, and one of the pics shows the engine. It looks to me to be a 4B cummings, I cant tell if its got the turbo on it. Its in Ok City.
Right now the auction price is $675, end of auction tomorrow. Low hours. Any body out that way considering a diesel conversion this might be your engine.

I saw the pic I think it is a non turbo or a under manifold turbo. By the way no G in cummins.

I thought all them tugs had the 6bt in them and not the 4bt?? Edit: Just saw the picture and yep it's a 4 banger in there. Wasn't the tug I was thinking either. I was thinking the ones made by AMG with the Jeep front end. My confusion.
M37s are HMMWV in my world!

Sorry,

Didn't mean to be picky just I have been working on them along timeand they are near and dear tomy heart and my ears. It would be cool to put it in an m37 not sure how it would be without the turbo though ?
