pulled yearly mx today

Post by ffr1910 »

running a little behind as i normally do it in the spring. found a leak on the transfer case at the input shaft flange. after a search i found the seal part number here, National 410308 (ala charles talbert). bought one and it went right in. also found all four bolts loose in the aft flange of the trans to tcase driveshaft. banged on these with the impact to snug them down. also found some other bolts in the crossmember and mounts that were a little loose. banged these for good measure as well. rotated tires and greased wheel bearings while i was at it. everything is heavy on these trucks.

Heavy is right, and some good PMCS always helps!
