GOOD IDEA-BAD IDEA

Post by HingsingM37 »

GOOD IDEA: Cutting a piece of foam rubber to put in my passenger seat back to fill it in and smooth it out.

BAD IDEA: Forgetting to remove your new seat cover from under the foam rubber before you take the razor knife to the foam to cut it

Enough said....

Oh yes, I muttered a few explatives... I had already had one of those days and should not have touched any projects. :?

The bright side is that it was not a custom piece but an NOS I picked up at a reasonable price. Still it was a stupid mistake that cost me $.I ordered another cover and should be safe as I have the foam already cut. I will keep the razor knife far away from the new one. :)
