Considering bringing some parts to Aberdeen...........

Post by Nickathome »

I've decided to thin out some of the parts I have on my shelf. Some are take offs that I replaced on my truck. Some are parts I bought then didn't use. I kept what I thought might be useable to someone else. Some of what I have I will list here as they come to mind. Feel free to let me know if you are interested and maybe we can meet at the show and do some parking lot wheeling and dealing. I'll try to list items as they come to mind. Right now I have the following I will part with. Mind you I have not figured out any prices yet;

Left side bed panel. (I removed rear channel and welded it to my truck but otherwise bed side in great shape).

Two take off headlight rings (small amount of rust but useable)

Two take off Windshield glass panels in frames (again some rust but serivecable)

Take off transmission cover(small rust through but serviceable/repairable)

1 complete grill, upper and lower piece(bought at show never used it)

1 lower grill piece (impulse buy didn't need it)

1 cover (forgive me I don't know the actual description) goes above frame in engine compartment, no rust) Bought through auction another impulse buy.

1 rear fendor (was given to me, I cut two small donor pieces of metal from it, but can be repaired)I will sel lthis cheap.

1 take off flywheel cover, (non military but fits M37 )

I have a few other items that I wil lhave to check the shelf to remember exactly what they are.

Let me know if interested. I will bring to show. Please no requests to ship through mail. Not getting into that hassle..Thanks.

Is that small cover on the frame a dust shield? I got one in a pile of parts a while back. Not 100% sure where it goes! :D

I don't think its a dust cover. It makes up part of the inner wheel well, and has clips on the side that is in the engine compartment for wiring to attach to.

Nick; If you would like to put your parts for sale at my 2 vendor spots: Blue, J8-K8 with the load of M37 parts Ralph and I are bringing you are welcome to do so. More prospective buyers might see them that way and someone will always be on hand to quote asking prices. We will be setting up the afternoon of Wed. May 20th. also, although not strictly enforced, the rally organizers frown on parking lot dealer sales.
