Real busy, and that's a good thing with all that's going on now a days. Bought a used Case 580B CK loader gannon, 14GVW trailer and a 96 Ram Diesel to pull it all up to the property. Put in one access road cleared the perimeter around the 20 acres and put a road through it as well as opened up two areas to park everything and camp out for now. Figured with what rentals are, I could buy a older used one in good shape and it will pay for its self each time I use it. Three more trips and it will do just that. I want out of Phoenix so bad, just can't due to it's where the income is for us right now. Unless we all go into the toilet thanks to our friends in Government I hope to be out of here and up the hill in about 5 + years or so.
