MVCC Camp Plymouth, Anyone going?

Post by ashyers »

4/16-19 Plymouth, CA

Anyone going? We'll be there with the truck assuming no mechanicals like a few years ago  ! Be good to see a bunch of M37's there this year.

Sorry Andy,
Wish we could; perhaps next year. Hope you and your family are well!

Looked in to going. Can't even remotely justify the cost. Vista or Marana are more likely to happen for me.

Hi All,
Counted 4 M37's at the meet.

3 were basically stock and one had a small block Mopar w/ FI, 5 spd., disk brakes and hidden A/C! Before you're tempted to grumble about the modified M37, if you didn't open the hood or look pretty darn closely you would never know. Some friends of mine have had it for decades and they built it to be used and they sure do use it. It's a pretty neat truck!

Gary,
Only a couple of photos. I was busy wrangling Henry most of the time. We did get a ride in a WWII Half Track which was super cool and convoyed to Sanders Aeronautics to check out some Hawker Sea Fury air racers along with a bunch of other neat aircraft. Talk about cubic $$$! Henry and I both had a cold but we still had a great time. Henry really enjoys the vehicles and is learning some history. He has a ton of buddies at the event since he's been going since he was born!
