1953 M37 all original equipment, quit charging.
Long story short, tested relays in regulator and had no voltage.
Pulled up the relay board in the regulator and found a rather crispy capacitor.
As far as I know the capacitor's duty is to keep noise off the radio.
I have no radio so I removed the capacitor and took the line side wire and bolted it to where the wire exits to go to the starter.
Charging rather well now.
