How long, how far
Today was a beautiful day, went for a short drive (10 miles). Started thinking about the rest of you all, so a question for all. How long have you owned your M37 and how many miles have you driven your truck? I have owned my truck for 2 years, 2 months and I have driven it 1937 miles as of today.

How long...
I've owned mine since May of 03, and to date have probably driven it maybe 200 miles. Not exactly sure. My truck is a plaything and isn't in the best of shape so I don't trust it for too long a drive. Mostly just drive it around the local area. I hope to try it out in a good snow this year (if we get any) before the salt trucks get out. Have never driven it in snow yet. I want to see firsthand just how good or bad NDT's really are. I've read alot ye and ney, now want to find out for myself.
23 years and 3825 miles so far, it was stripped when I got it and it took years to gather the necessary parts to complete it. My job as a bridge inspector required that being out of town for months at a time so it took many years to get the truck finished and road worthy.

I have owned my M37 since 1976. I have probably driven it 7 or 8 thousand miles, including from Los Angeles to Texas and Texas to WA State where it now resides. The old truck has never failed me - I can let it sit up there for 4 or 5 months at a time and it always starts on about the third revolution! I hope it stays that way.

Ummmmmm...
Both the intact trucks have been trailered hundreds of miles to get Home.
Old Blue has been shovelled in and out of shop dozens of times. Think He has like, umm, ahh, a whopping quarter mile on his own wheels and tires.
Like most rebuilders, hoping *soon* to rectify that mileage problem!

Umm...I've had mine a little over a year and I think I have driven it about 50 feet.
I've nearly got the brakes done so maybe a little ride in the driveway may happen soon.
If I can get it painted by the middle of next summer, I'll consider myself very lucky.

Got mine in Aug of this year and put about 9 miles on driving it home. I am starting to work on it some. Have the gas tank out right now, and just today put in a new throttle cable. Mine has 6225 miles on the odo, believe it to be original.

I believe that I started the MV hobby in about 1995 after my father's passing. An M-37 was my first truck, and I still have that truck still as my personal M-37.
