This is typical of today's big business, the small buyer is generally stuck. Auto Zone is now a dealer for Timken Bearings, but they will not special order anything that isn't on their run of the mill list. As a result they are usless to our trade. Small business simply can't compete with big buying power, it's the norm these days. You know the story, Wal-Mart comes in & puts all the small business in the area out of business.
