Parade

Post by Rdinatal »

How does one offer their vehicle to be in a (local) parade? Either as a people carrier or a float tow.

Anyone have experience?
Is it worth it?

Join your local MV club.

Most parades near me are arranged by community organizations including the Kiwanis, VFW, American Legion… If you make them aware you’re willing to participate they’re usually happy to put you on a mailing list.

Around here we typically have Veterans Day and 4th of July parades, but there are often other events where you can help out by displaying your MV.

I’ve always enjoyed it and have been fortunate enough to meet some great people :D .

You can also search "Veterans activities" or "parades" and you'll get a number of hits.
