Repower M37

Looking for info on repower M37 with 6.0 chevy, 205 transfer case, 4l80e transmission, dana 60 front, 14 bolt rear. Any comments on fit, build, anybody done it? Thank you for input!

I haven't done that specific combination, but have done a big block Chevy and SM465 transmission with LU4 winch and stock running gear.

Take a look at page 352 of the PIF on the Dodge Power Wagon Site or the link below. It's my conversion installing a 327 SBC in my Power Wagon, it may give you some ideas.

That should have the low end grunt of Trail-mater!

Not familiar with Trail-mater, but it's not bad, It ha a Detroit Automotive KS-22 No-spin Differential in the rear. It will spin all four tires on pavement if you want to, and will start out in 3rd or 4th gear without lugging. But going full bore from a standing start on a hard surface will break an axle.

P.S. I looked up Trail-mater. Nearest rock around here is buried about half a mile straight down, so I have no idea of how it might compare.
