Radio mounting in the M37

I have an AN/PRC-9 Radio (Korean war era set) and looking for photographs of where these might be mounted. I see scarce references to radios being mounted in the back/bed area, but I would prefer cab mounted. Doing a variety of image searches have not turned up anything really, does anyone have some photographs of radio equipment mounted in the M37 in any location?

All radios and power sources were mounted on base racks that were mounted to the troop seats or on their own shelf with angle iron floor supports. I have only seen them on the left side but they may have been on both sides depending upon what radios an receivers were installed/needed. They would have also had a desk or bench the operators would have sat at.

I run the AN-PRC 77 in mine (called a Prick 77 when I served), in a musette bag sitting on the seat, for easy removal when I'm out of the truck (removal by me, not some slug....)
I don't care for the bench-mount either; no good because I don't have anyone occupying the troop seats.

My Angry 5 is on the front of the drivers side troop seat. I have the remote in the cab.

They show locations, cabling, etc. Do any of these manuals cover the radio you're trying to install?

Looks like the https://www.nf6x.net/ site is a really good resource. It also appears that the proper method was in the truck bed for these sets.

I found a manpack pack for a good price at https://www.apexgunparts.com/an-prc10-f ... ss-gd.html and will likely just have it sitting between the driver and passenger on the seat with some sort of hidden lashing to keep it from sliding around. There really isn't space for a third passenger there with the shifter in any case.

Still waiting for my rebuilt engine/transmission to be put back in the truck before I can finalize it.

I found an unrepairable AN/PRC-9 and put a 2m Ham radio in it. Took at bit to get the radio looking nice but the setup works.

6m WBFM is possible on 50-54 MHz as is on most of those tactical radios from the early 50's thru present day.
