I am in Topeka, KS, but these are small enough to ship easily.
I can find the handle itself from MV parts vendors, but not the entire assembly.
Apparently they come in left hand and right hand assemblies.
The brake cables come to the center front of the trailer and have the small lever with pin holes, what I need is the steel rod that pins into this, the frame for the handles, and the handles.
The attached photo is a picture of the brake lever assemblies I am after, it isn't my photo, but from a complete trailer for sale that I am using to illustrate the type that I need.
I have two M101 brake handles of the newer style (I think, they look like this - https://www.easternsurplus.net/PartDeta ... rake-Lever) that I cannot use that are available if someone can make use of them.

Re: WTB - M101 Trailer old style brake lever assemblies
I was able to get the M101 older style brakes installed.
I had to get the brackets and rods fabricated from http://meridenmachineshop.com/ in Meriden, KS - they state they will keep the design if anyone needs it.
The brake handles came from https://powderriverordnance.com/
It turned out very nice, I am very happy with it.

Yes, original. Yes, nice job.
But a couple times having them pinch the hell out of your palm, the use of the newer Orschlen levers becomes apparent.
