I"ll let you know, I bought it. Picking it up tomorrow-- mainly for the tailgate. If it is not rusted too bad at the corners (bed) it will be better than mine. And I don't have a tailgate. I know it looks bad, but seems fixable, and better than none.
In my part of the world (Dallas area) there is a lack of these laying around.

I've seen plenty in much worse shape so I don't think you got a bad deal there.

If you look at my build thread you will see two complete beds and a couple bedsides I picked up, both beds have solid toolboxes on them and the orange bed is pretty solid except for the tops of the fenderwells that were cut out. I also got two real nice bedsides. All for 350.00! I was not planning on driving 700 mile a week before cancer surgery but sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do!!!!
