Gosh, I haven't been on here much at all, still alive and kicking! Been working in a new hobby as time permits, restoring old military radio sets. Did a few of them over the winter and spring this year. Kinda fun, never did anything like it before, but learned (and am still learning). Relied heavily on the advice of a local M37/Dodge Power Wagon guru Tim Holloway of Distinctive Restorations for help in the buying process, and expect to continue to rely on him as I muddle through fixing and tinkering.

Outpostm37 here is sunny Az. All good. M37 up and running after the fresh .060" T245 engine refresh, NP420, clutch, and other parts.

Don't know what happened to my post. I saw it appear up there (after a slight delay for approval, since I'm a new member). I then modified it to correct something, and it just disappeared.

At any rate, in a couple of days I'll have owned "Brutus" a 1951 M37 for 1 month. I straightened out a couple of minor electrical quirks, enough so it will pass inspection. This winter, he'll get a transmission and transfer case rebuild (courtesy of Tim Holloway, of Distinctive Restorations, who lives just a few miles from me. He hasn't told me yet how much extra it will cost if I want to "help".)
