Happy New year to All! Utah is one of the warmer spots today, topping out around 40 degrees. I sympathize with you folks further North, East, and the deep South, seeing those brutal temps on the weather reports.
Stay warm and safe,
Gary

Burrrr.... It was 6 degrees out in my back yard this morning. (I got an Acu>Rite weather station.
) I got into the office and it is only 59 degrees with the heater running full tilt.

Re: Happy New Year!
It was 17 at my house.
My wood pile goes smaller by the day.

-24 at my house, and a few days ago when it was only -15, my M37 (stock) fired right up and ran like a champ!
That’s a happy new year!
Best regards to all- Doug

Re: Happy New Year!
The funny thing about that truck is that it is in restoration/recommissioning and being “no room in the inn” for this one it sits tarped patiently waiting for what ever the next mission may be. All the while the snow builds up this time of year and yet when asked, and the batteries are switched on, it starts right up with a “can do” attitude! At some point I’ll have to check valve lash and such, but it can’t be too far off as it is.
In contrast, its mission the other day was to assist in getting a International 584 diesel farm tractor up and running. Tried all the tricks on that tractor and sadly perhaps, there it sits, never started that day! I’ll try it again when temperatures are above zero.
