cab mount question

Are cab mounts the same from side to side? That is will a driver front fit a passenger fit? Not worried about exhaust cut-outs since I think the passengers have some mods for the exhaust. I have some drivers mounts that need work. Not alot but if I could find a set cheap would rather do that. Just not sure of the interchangeability.
