A MUTT heater is a viable alternative- fairly easy to find and they'll fit easily. Check with the usual vendors.

You might try http://surplusjeep.com/ out of Oroville, CA for some combat rims. I recall they had a bunch laying around the lot when I picked up an M37 passenger door a couple of years ago. They're pricey so if they have them, be ready to shell out some bucks.
