Cross Country Transport
I purchased a rolling frame for a somewhat difficult to find Marine International 1 ton.
I am trying to find the most economical way to ship it from Oregon to North Florida. Can anyone recommend a shipper? I'm not in a big hurry but need to find someone I can trust. I've heard a lot of horror stories about people having their m shipped.

M37 content is that I'm just beginning to tear down my 230 because it suddenly developed a knock. I'm sure I will have a lot of questions once I tear into it.

If its just a bare frame, crate it up somewhat and ship it Fed Ex Freight. They will ship it no problem , not sure on the cost but they will do a much better job than some other places.

I've used SAIA with good luck terminal to terminal and crated. A 4' X 8' CNC plasma cutter was $600 cross country. Less than a week to get it.

Well, it is a rolling frame but it still has the engine, transmission, front and rearend so I don't think crating it would be an economical option because of the weight and size.

A crate doesn't have to be enclosed. It can be pallets and a framework wrapped in plastic. (And pallets don't have to be wood.) If it is a roller, lookup drive away/towaway services.

Agreed, we ship vehicle frames, etc. Take the tires off and put in on some heavy duty pallets, band it all down , and ship it.

I used Uship ,,,,,shipped My M37 from Florida to Pennsylvania cost me 600 dollars , not bad for 5600 lb vehicle .
