Decided to quit hijacking Cal Gary's thread ...
I removed my original 600 unit over the weekend (corroded and broken solders). Pulled the turn signal box out to see if I could salvage the flasher ... it was partially full of water! No wonder those turn signals didn't work ... At any rate, I have all the wires chased and labeled and everything seems to be working out to the bulbs. I have a 3-prong 24-volt flasher coming from Grainger. I would appreciate any advice on how it wires into the 900 unit?
Thanks,
John

Nice work, I did the same thing on the rear lights, I found new metal housed ones while at the MVPA show in Iowa a few years back.

Stovebolt, what tires are you running?

NCM -- Those are the Michelin XZL 11.00 R 16's. They were in the back of the truck when I bought it. Still had the stickers and nubbies on them.
Update: 2 steps forward, one step back. Lights are still working great but I only made it 3 miles on my triumphal "Drive your old truck to work Friday." Fuel pump finally succumbed to the ethanol fuel ... And what do you know?? also in the back of the truck when I bought it was a new fuel pump ...
