fuel additives
Well guys, I guess I learned the hard way. My fuel line from the pump wasnt pushing out any fuel. Took off the pump (org.) and sent it to tom at then and now. He inspected the pump and told me the additives were clogging the pump and ceasing it to work. (rebuilt the stuck pump) He also sent me a reading about this matter. If anyone needs this to review I can fax it to you. AGREAT BIG THANKS TO TOM & THEN AND NOW IN WEYMOUTH MA. vinnytruck

Re: fuel additives
fuel additives often times have thinners that will strip the sludge from the tank and lines, plugging filters pumps carbs and injectors. when adding additives or stabilizers to unknown or compromised fuel systems I recommend one should always change the filter before and after such operations. common ingredients I have seen in fuel additives/stabilizers are petroleum distillate, mineral spirits and acetone.
