Hi folks,
I was able to pull the Mirror Assembly apart easily.
( Surprising given the amount of rust ! )
Has anyone found an after-market Rubber Weather Stripping product that we can use to replace the original ?
I am hunting, but the original has a very interesting channel carved in it that is needed to keep the whole assembly together.

Try a Truck place, as they have a lot of different mirrors, arms and repair bits. You may not find the rubber moulding you are looking for, but will see other options for the mirrors. Most I have seen are now the rectangular mirror rather than the original round ones. Both were in service over the years.
