Can anyone tell me if a PM is supposed to show in the outbox instead of the sent box? ive been trying to send PMs and they keep showing in my outbox instead of sent so I feel like they are not going through?
This may be normal and ive never noticed before, any info would be appreciated.

A PM will appear in your outbox until the recipient reads it, then it will move to your sent box.
