I spent a bit of time with the guy a the seal store. I dressed up all the sealing surfaces and brought the components with me the parts guy took the measurements and we came up with this combination of seals:

1x so250003500-438ta2 ss.2500x3.500x0.438 s.seal-nbr/c.steel type TA2-c
2x s052072080tc ss.52.00x72.00x8. s.seal-nbr/c.steel type TC
1x g53x2732 ss 4.437x5.500x0.5 klozure ring type 53
the large Klozure Kevlar seal for the drum was almost $50.
but with the amount of misalignment noticed on the winch when off camber or bumper hung warranted the diaphragm style seal with stainless steel fingers over the conventional doughnut spring seal
