The truck is finally home so I can start going through it and finding what it needs. What are the correct batteries, this has 2 mismatched car batteries right now.

How hard to remove the bed floor? I want to have the floor bead blasted where the the FD had their equipment.

It's easy to remove the bed floor, the whole bed is bolted together. Lots of penetrating oil and a few days to remove them all. Some advice....the bed sides need to be slid outward not upward and the rear crossmember has L brackets that go up into bed side. These need to be unbolted before removing side panels

The panhead screws on mine were so rusted that no amount of penetrating oil was going to free them up. I ended up having to drill the heads off of almost every one of them, and buy replacements from Midwest Military.

Are you heading to Denver for those? I just drove around the neighborhood today , I touched up a little paint under the hood and pulled the horn button. Im going to install a new kit when it comes in.

What is the correct paint code for a 52 and does is come in a spray can?

I use Rapco 24087 , should be correct for the year of manufacture for your M37. It comes in spay cans and gallons.

I think I may have hit the jackpot on these Dualmatic Lever-Lock hubs. They were listed as used and were probably mounted at one time but after taking them apart they appear to never have been used. The internals are perfect and still have the manufacturing marks on them. I cleaned one up and the other will get done tomorrow. I ordered the correct OD2430 from Midwest Military to replace the strange green that is currently on it.
