I have done my best to show how to convert a bypass block to a full flow block. the bosses are there they just need to be drilled and taped than any remote full flow filter can be plumed in.

Re: Franz full flow oil filter ?
the best of all set ups is to have both. the bypass will remove finer particles and the acidity that builds up in the oil. full flow just removes the larger particles. the Dodge 361-4 and 413-4 V8s they ran in big trucks in the 50s through 70s are set up that way.
