Brake pedal return spring

Post by Cav Trooper »

Just crawling under the beast and checking out u-joints, engine oil leak-looks like rear main seal  Also found my brake pedal return spring is gone. I had to extend it and used another spring connected to it and eyebolt into the drivers seat box since I have a dual chamber master cylinder and no place to anchor the original spring. All that's left is the rear spring, don't have a clue where the front spring went and didn't notice a difference in the brake pedal. That said, I need to find a new spring, checked Midwest and VPW and didn't find any. Anyone have a spare of where I can find one without doing the autoparts store guessing game?

Thanks,

I have the pedal springs back in stock as well as the extension wire.
