forum/ registry question ROBI ??? Monkey man ???

I have recieved 2 emails lately from the registry page. I was wondering do these messages also appear in the inbox on g741.org or just my personal email. I ask only because I have not responded to either message because they do not show up in the g741 inbox just my personal one. I looked up both users and they are not registered names ??

any ideas ?

The registry does have it's own email system. It is set up as a blind email. The people sending do not have access to your actual email, so they can't add it to any spam lists.

If you do start getting spam it would be from a real human. If this becomes a problem I will talk to Phil and see what can be done.

I think I get it. I understand they have no access to my email but when they send a message from the registry does it go to m37.org inbox and my personal email or just my personal email ?? I am recieving messages but I have not replied because they are not registered users .

The email would go just to your email. Because the registry is viewable by the public, anyone can email you.

We set it up this way to allow people to contact you with questions about your truck without giving away your email, so you could decide if you wanted to correspond with them or not.
