Frame Serial number

I found my truck in the registry and it is not showing an owner under it that I am finding. However I am the owner now and curious how to change it. Also interesting that my truck has no sign of it now but was originally a winch model. Also other than what I found on the registry is there any more information that can be obtained with the frame number?
