Rebuilding an m-series 3-lever master light switch

I have a couple of three lever light switches that do not work and wondered about the feasibility of doing something to bring them back to operational status so after searching found this and wanted to share.

That's good info. I used the info to rebuild an earlier model switch and it still works perfect years later.
