Running 230 Engine and Trans

Post by Rusty1340 »

There's a very good possibility I will be doing a repower on my running 1952 M37 and would like to see if there is an interest to someone here for my 230 and trans. I'm figuring its gotta be worth $600.00 I'm located in Baltimore Maryland.

Suggestion here. Doing a compression test on your engine will tell you right away what sort of condition the engine internals are in. We have found that when we can verify an engine has good compression readings, a sale is much more likely. Of course if the readings don't show a good result, then you know you will have to say maybe it is running, but a rebuild isn't too far into the future. We run the test on every one we buy or sell, keeps everyone happy.
