Cool interview, I like the fact you put it out there that there are no models in kit or die-cast form of this truck on the market :-)

Well done David! I'm curious if they just approached you, or gave you time to prepare, as you shared a lot of good info!

Outstanding job David, that came across very well. If you did that interview right off the cuff, you know your stuff.

Thanks for the kind words brothers.

I had about 5 minutes to prepare. The only heads up was when John Shapiro from Cruise In TV came up and said "Dont go anywhere I want to put you on my show..."

They did a very nice job for a localy produced car show.

Bruce with the 1908 Ford is a friend of mine as well. Very nice work on that car. I sold him alot of bronze bushing material for use in the restoration. He had to fab alot of the parts and bushings from scratch. He restored a Navion about 15 years ago and got a Silver Wrench award at Oshkosh. :)

Great job David, well presented, fact filled and easily understood, you have a high quality restoration that serves as a great example of what can be done by a private owner determined to bring his truck back to military standards.

Good Job. Did you have the restoration pictures with you or did they contact you after the fact and got them from you?

Thanks.
I sent them the link to my photo album here on the forum when I got home. They added the Fort Sill gate pic and the brush trucks. A nice touch.
