Best of the Forum

Now that the Forum has changed, it is a good time to revive the "Be(a)st of the Forum" project. The previous attempt got off to a good start, but life intervened for the participants.

I'm volunteering to coordinate the effort. I have some ideas to make it easier to sort & such.

Any takers?

I am assuming 'beast' = truck?

Is no big deal ChrisG, we are yakkin' about a project involving the Forum in another dimension, also know as the "G-741 Zone".
Beast was really "Best" of. Several of us, all Delinquents of OD are guilty of Dereliction of Duty, Malingering!
Maybe with the Forum re-born, we can get it all together & back to Robi?

This was an effort started a while ago to create a database of all of the posts from day 1 on. It was/will be organized by subject (i.e. engine, electrical, etc.) to make it easy to look up what you need. Sort of a hints & tricks on steroids. The job got a bit bogged down at one point, and for many of us, life pushed the project to the bottom of the "to do" list. I'm just trying to do some CPR on the project if Robi & MM can salvage the files & pictures.

Interested in volunteering your life - uh, some time to help?

Very interesting indeed. I intent to keep my truck for as long as I live, so I guess I will be very benefited from such a database. If the CPR gets any results and the thing turns alive, please let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Hi guys,

I would certainly like to resurrect the "best of the forum " project. Can each of you send me an update of what your status is and if you have the time to continue on it. I can consolidate the info and work with N1VSM to see what the project needs to finish.
