ordering new head gasket help

Hi, was wondering if anybody could help, I need to replace the head gasket on my 1952 m37 and went to order one and they want to now if it has the hump for the water jacket on it, do they mean the thermostat housing at the front or am I missing some thing, also having measured the head it must be a 218 or 230 is there ant easy way of telling which one it is.

The T-245 engine used in M37 does not have the hump.

Thanks for the reply I did not think it had so I had ordered one with out and it fitted fine.
